The food was delicious and the staff were absolutely amazing. the double room we stayed in was bright and featured original artwork. It had a great location, not far from various attractions, including opportunities for bicycling in the mountains and exploring the beautiful Engadin region.

A super base for a long weekend. Spacious, modern units provided with the bathroom, toiletries in the bathroom, for instance. Decent location; competent and attentive stuff. A MAGNIFICENT restaurant for dinner.

The Crusch Alba staff is very warm-hearted and you immediately feel that they want to be understood as hosts. The hotel is renovated following local tradition with a lot of wood and stones. The diner in the hotel restaurant was excellent, not only from a quality point of view but also from the way how it was served. In the bar you can be lucky and meet some local people still talking Rumantsch. It was my second stay in this hotel and I will definitively go again.

Very clean room, recently remodeled. Enrico was great. Pretty centrally located to the things we wanted to do. Breakfast selection was pretty good
There is no elevator, so older people beware! The service in the restaurant was lousy!

The single room here was really modern and looked brand-new. It had a safe box to keep your stuff safe, central heating to keep you cozy, and an electronic key card for easy access. the private bathroom even had a bath - a nice touch for some relaxing time 🛁.

Recently re-furbished using wooden furnishings and lovely wall sketches. The ambience is very pleasing. Room not large but comfortable. first and second floors have access to roof terrace with good views. Food was excellent and although expensive matched other hotels in Zernez.
No lift could be a problem. Only one front of house person who acted as receptionist, waitress and barmaid. She was however very pleasant and efficient.
